Custom and branded orders cannot be returned or exchanged once artwork has been approved and product has been placed into production.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

You must send us product images with your order number to info@kincaidcreations.com and include a short description of the issue. Our sales team will reach out to you within 2 business days.
